Key responsibilities:
- Manage and be accountable for multiple ICT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget and quality
- Coordinate integration of internally developed components with external services and suppliers
- Provide regular status reports to ICT management and stakeholders
- Ensure strong project governance, including checkpoints, boards and decision-making forums
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans and Gantt charts
- Identify, track and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, defining mitigation actions and escalations when needed
- Monitor budget and resources, supporting PMO and Stream Lead in deviation management
- Support the Programme Manager / Stream Leader across all project dimensions
- Maintain close collaboration with business, ICT teams and external partners
