We’re looking for an experienced and autonomous designer to join a long‑term strategic project, helping shape digital experiences used by thousands of users every day.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end‑to‑end research: user interviews, testing, analysis, and insight synthesis.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Build, maintain, and expand design systems.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define and refine product solutions.
- Validate design decisions through usability testing and iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Advanced Figma skills (including interactive prototyping).
- Strong ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- Solid knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Native Portuguese + fluent English.
- Portfolio with complete case studies.

- Experience in regulated or complex product environments (e.g., fintech, banking).
- Comfortable working in agile and distributed teams.
