Project Manager

Location: Flexible Regime

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and be accountable for multiple ICT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget and quality
  • Coordinate integration of internally developed components with external services and suppliers
  • Provide regular status reports to ICT management and stakeholders
  • Ensure strong project governance, including checkpoints, boards and decision-making forums
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans and Gantt charts
  • Identify, track and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, defining mitigation actions and escalations when needed
  • Monitor budget and resources, supporting PMO and Stream Lead in deviation management
  • Support the Programme Manager / Stream Leader across all project dimensions
  • Maintain close collaboration with business, ICT teams and external partners
